While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce
the colours of our products. This may depend on the colour reproduction on your computer or mobile

When making an Order, you must follow the instructions on the Site as to how to make your Order
and for making changes to your Order before you submit it.
Once You select a product that you wish to order, irrespective of any previous price you have seen or
heard, you will then be shown or told (on the Site) the price you must pay and any other charges,
including any Unless otherwise stated all charges are in Australian Dollars.
You must pay for the Order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods we provide
on the Site. You must be fully entitled to use the payment method or account used for purchases. The
payment method or account must have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the purchase.
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site,
please contact Customer service. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your
Order in accordance with your instructions.
Your contract with us is only formed when we dispatch your order and when we email your shipping
confirmation. Our automated order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, it is
merely a confirmation that we have been notified of your offer to purchase the product(s) on order.
Prior to the Shipping confirmation, we reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason,
including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product
description posted on this website, or an error in your order.
You warrant that all details you provide to us for in the ordering process is correct, that the credit or
debit card, or account or other payment method which you use is your own and that there are
sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product. We reserve the right to perform
validation and security check of your payment details before dispatching your order.
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.
We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated
by us when you place your order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. We usually ship goods
with in two business days after the order is successfully paid. Shipping time depends on customer location and
usually may take two to seven business days. Pick up for goods is usually available within next two business days.
We will try to let you know if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the
extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges
or expenses arising out of late delivery.
You may grant us an 'authority to leave' when placing your Order. If you do, you understand and
agree that this authority to leave gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave the Order in
question unattended by the front door – or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk, or
as per your instructions – of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at
the delivery location. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority
to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and
left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.
You must ensure that you are able to take delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time
reasonably specified by us. If you are not, the couriers may leave a card giving you instructions on
either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. If delivery or collection is delayed through your
unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver
the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, then we may (without
affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
(a) charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
(b) no longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are
cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card
company as applicable any money paid to us, less our reasonable administration charges (including
for attempting to deliver and then returning the product, and any storage fees as provided for above).
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will
inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for
cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. If delivery is
delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk
passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any
sharp instruments.
Custom stitching is limited to stitch your dress as per the product image and also according to your measurement with the material provided by the supplier. These are the following items which are not covered in basic stitching and which the customer wants the tailor to do these with their consent:
Some dresses come with stone or mirror work and these stones/mirrors are glued on the dress. These stones may come out with a little force. Please keep these dresses out of the reach of children. Please call 000 in case of emergency. It is recommended to get all dresses dry cleaned.
We recommend you should ask the tailor to sew fall (Saree fall refers to a sturdy cotton or terry-cotton 5 inches broad and 3 metres long strip of fabric) and attach to the hem of the saree and get your saree borders locked, specifically sarees with weaving work. All our tailors are trained and take care of these things, in case you have found the tailor hasn't locked the borders then please contact us ASAP. Please don't wear saree with unlocked borders as the threads may come out from the fabric and while walking you may fall.
Although all fibres can cause irritant and allergic contact dermatitis, it is rare for them to cause allergic contact dermatitis. Allergic skin reactions to clothing is most often a result of the formaldehyde finishing resins, dyes, glues, chemical additives and tanning agents used in processing the fabric or clothing. If you feel irritation then please don't wear the dress and in case of emergency please call 000.
We will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages,
resulting from use or inability to use the website or for the cost of procurement of substitute products
or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered
into through the website or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions
or data or of any information contained on this website, including but not limited to, damages for loss
of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
Where any Act of Parliament implies in the Terms and Conditions any term, condition or warranty,
and that Act avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or
exercise of, or liability under such term, condition or warranty, such term, condition or warranty shall
be deemed to be included in the Terms and Conditions, however, the liability for us on any breach of
such term, condition or warranty shall be limited, at our option, to any one or more of the following:
Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure SSL payment gateway
server, which uses 256-bit security technology to protect your online order information. This
technology encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed
from you through our website.
Your credit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing
information with your financial institution.
You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place your order.

We may terminate a Contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is
the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received
from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.

order has been processed(custom stitched) it cannot be cancelled.
We aim to provide you with Products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a
Product with a defect, please contact us via email at sales@bollywoodtrends.com.au or contact us via phone at 0415742566 as soon as
possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as
possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage,
defect or fault for preliminary assessment.
If the Product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the Product or refund the price of the
Product excluding shipping/Pick-up cost to your original payment method at your request.
It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the Product has, following the sale to you,
become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with
manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
If order was picked from pick-up location or shipped to your home/business address

We do not support change of mind returns. Once sold, it is the customer’s property. In some cases we accept returns if dress has not been worn and still is in original packing.
If the Product received by us, is in original packing and not worn/used then, we will refund the price of the
Product excluding shipping/Pick-up cost and excluding $10 restocking fee to your original payment method at your request. If product is not in condition to sell then no refund will be issued.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
If order was picked from pick-up location or shipped to your home/business address

This clause prevails over all other clauses, and, to the extent permitted by law, states our entire
Liability, and your sole and exclusive remedies, for:
(a) the performance, non-performance, purported performance or delay in performance of these
Terms and Conditions or a Contract or the Site (or any part of it or them); or
(b) otherwise in relation to these Terms and Conditions or the entering into or performance of these
Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our
Liability for:
(a) fraud;
(b) death or personal injury caused by our Breach of Duty;
(c) any breach of the obligations implied by law; or
(d) any other Liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
In performing any obligation under these Terms and Conditions, our only duty is to exercise
reasonable care and skill.

All orders are subject to availability of stock.
We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
We have the right to cancel and refund your order if you do not fulfil the requirements of our
verification checks to assist in online credit card security, at which time we will immediately notify you
via email or telephone using the details you have provided.
All refunds will be made in the same way as originally paid.
